"IBM Connections works effectively"
What do you like best about HCL Connections? Collaboration in intranet works well with IBM connections as it effectively integrates social, email, blogs and communities. What do you dislike about HCL Connections? Confusing name jargon is what I hate. They need to simplify the naming as it sounds like some internal IBM tool. What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping all data in same location is the main feature that's beneficial for us.

I dislike the inconvenience of there not being enough locations. What problems is HCL Connections solving and how is that benefiting you? IBM does not really have any accept the promotions when opening an account that makes it sufficient.
