Centralized hub for storing contact info
What do you like best? Much more efficient than the previous platform we were using. I like the contact score and filtering options that are available to segment our contacts. It allows us to create personalized communication. I am a big fan of the user interface and the way that the platform operates. It is really easy to use and onboard additional team members. Not that great...
What do you like best? It's better than MailChimp for email campaigns. What do you dislike? Absolutely zero redundancy plan in place. It took Hatchbuck two or three days to be fully up and running again when their network went down. Tool is NOT a good use for a CRM and requires way too many clicks to get to your end goal. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mass email communication, but hardly. Most end up in people's Spam/Junk ...

What do you like best? It's got all the marketing automation features of larger suites like Hubspot, Marketo, but at prices small businesses can actually afford. Straightforward System with No Fluff
What do you like best? It has all the fundamentals of a CRM without all the extra fluff that I don't need or want as a marketer. Hatchbuck Is Okay
What do you like best? What I like best about Hatchbuck is the easy user-interface! It has a good dashboard - It's decent for marketing and sales, but not a CRM. It does have a decent amount of email templates to utilize! I also like that you get 2 months of a personal onboarding with a real person, and it's nice to reach out to a human to get help! The Ease and Features of High-Dollar CRMs with Low-Dollar Price

Forms, especially iframes, when integrating into existing websites, is not great. All in all a good starter email platform
What do you like best? It's easy to get started and to implement. You don't have a lot of experience building email templates or campaigns and their support is always willing to help out. Their onboarding has worked well for all my clients that use Hatchbuck. Additionally, they are not super strict on purchased lists as long as you do some verifications first to make sure you keep the bounce rate down. What do you dislike?
