Love this CRM!

What do you like best? Easy to use, straight forward and integrates with marketing efforts and client nurturing seamlessly. What do you dislike? Would be great to have some form of expansion modules, but with the API;s for so many, it is hardly missed. I so wish there was a mobile app for Hatchbuck (oh please please I could use from the field. Let me know if there is some 3rd party integration that I can achieve this. Great Marketing Tool

What do you like best? The ease of viewing stats and being able to use a drag and drop builder. What do you dislike? Not being able to add contacts to lists instead of adding them with tags! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have had way more incoming flow of traffic!

What do you like best? I really appreciate the toolset, and the templates and guidance they provide, The ability to set up campaigns and tasks based on website activity has given us insights into real-time feedback on the effectiveness of our site and systems. Ask for help - they are very responsive with ideas and best practices you can use right away. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ability to either use a predesigned email template for quick emails or the create your own is nice when you want to put together a more cohesive email campaign.
