All in all a good starter email platform
What do you like best? It's easy to get started and to implement. You don't have a lot of experience building email templates or campaigns and their support is always willing to help out. Their onboarding has worked well for all my clients that use Hatchbuck. Additionally, they are not super strict on purchased lists as long as you do some verifications first to make sure you keep the bounce rate down. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it is user friendly as opposed to other CRM/Marketing products we have looked at. What do you dislike? It needs to be company driven NOT just contact driven. While I get that it is easier to market to contacts, not every business is set up to market to individuals. Our primary market is dentist. The dentist IS the company not just the contact. so far, the program seems great. lots of capabilities and great templates
What do you like best? It has great filtering and tracking capabilities. I also find the daily success reports to be helpful. What do you dislike? While it does not have the full scale of the larger marketing automation systems, it has a great toolbox of automated features for a very affordable price.
