What do you like best about Haptik? Haptik is a one-stop solution for all chatbot-related automation. It's a gigantic platform that boasts of so many features and functionalities.. Very few other players in the market have as many features as they have and it's economical. They support multiple channels (Web, Whatsapp, Android), multiple languages.

What do you like best about Haptik? I think one of the major factors which make Haptik standout is their responsiveness and agility in terms of solving problems for their clients. The association between our companies has been in place for over a year now and I have always received an update on a service request or feature request within the SLA.
