Haptik stood out for us, as the team helping was quick to respond and helped us build the use cases, specific to the business. What do you like best about Haptik? It helped reduce workload on cs agents, and respond to customers quicker. the analytics tool provided a deeper insight on how best to tweak the bot to brig out maximum efficiency
