What do you like best about Haptik? 1. Best about using Haptik is their team - both implementation and the Cust Success teams. Really ensure that u make the best use of the platform, plan for new feature updates in advance, and even acknowledge the bugs/issues and actively support in managing them.

"Decent product to end your search for the perfect chatbot"
What do you like best about Haptik? The concept of re usability of starting nodes is something that saves a lot of time. I feel that it being built in python is what makes it very easy to hit the ground running. The integrations are rather seemless. The did you mean text and everything else makes it easy to accomodate typos made by others.
