Happy Fox has been tremendous for our company

What do you like best? Their support is excellent, the interface is easy to understand, and the many features make it easy to professionalize our support department. We also adore that the customers do not need to log in to a site to view or create tickets. It all happens through email. What do you dislike? One of the best held desk systems on the market

What do you like best? Clean and Simple UI but, very powerful system that helps us respond to our user queries very quickly. The customer support is also great as any questions we have are responded to very quickly. The built-in knowledgebase system is also a big plus. What do you dislike? Nothing. Providing support with a breeze!

What do you like best? We love the customizable and user friendly interface of HappyFox. Also the excellent uptime and ease of installation and configuration made us choose for HappyFox. What do you dislike? There is not much I can think of to dislike about the HappyFox Helpdesk software. Recommendations to others considering the product - Very complete support/helpdesk software - Easy to setup - Great e-mail integration

Happy Fox is quite awesome

What do you like best? It is easy to set up, can easily be translated to other languages. No hussle and not difficult learning how to use. Simple and effective. What do you dislike? So far: no cons. Recommendations to others considering the product Happy Fox gives the opportunity to use a desktop solution for tiny companies like mine. The service is excellent, fast and competent and very friendly. For a startup the right software.
