Much more efficient help desk since we went to HappyFox!

What do you like best? The Iphone App is probably one of the main things I looked for since I am away from my desk a lot. What do you dislike? So far...nothing. Fantastic Support

What do you like best? The support at HappyFox is amazing. Not only are they prompt but they are proactive in sending messages about new or upcoming features. We've been using the product for some time and recently switched to an upgraded version. The transition was smooth and the staff at HappyFox did everything possible to make the process seamless. Simple and does the Job.

What do you like best? It's a simple and intuitive help desk, which doesn't require much user training in order to get started. It is also great that customers have an easy to navigate front end that allows tickets to be sent without problems. I also like the new update which has provided a sexy modern look to the site. Great solution for our help desk, good pricing, great customer support!

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to learn, intuitive system and the HappyFox team are quick to reply and very obliging of any requests. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Happyfox's interface is the best we've seen for ease-of-use and being able to manage extended support discussions. Their system has shown great reliability for over 2 years. What do you like best? Very easy to use Interface. The reports are valuable and also easy to generate. Very good user experience (especailly coming from the current Helpdesk solution we are on.
