What do you like best? I am using the Popular Plan. The best part is that it had all the required features that we were looking for, has smart rules that help me work easily. What do you like best? Email based support. You can create a ticket by sending an email to an internal address. Easy to use Simple Interface you can create custom fields What do you dislike? Very good ticket and customer tracking software
What do you like best? We have been using happyfox since 2 years now and we are very please with it. It save us so much time in the sense that most customers ask the same questions over and over again. Also, we use HappyFox to manage our software development bugs with our other division in Paris. Efficient, Friendly and Speedy Support
What do you like best? The Fact that i can manage users logging onto the platform and reset passwords, have a track record of all tickets logged by one user. The dashboard to me is tops, it has the most valuable information. I also love the reporting very much as one can create custom reports to meat liking. What do you dislike? What do you like best? A very easy to learn and an effective tool to handle customer tickets. Super easy to track and keep record of the incoming requests. Excellent ticketing system for small businesses!
What do you like best? Makes it super simple to handle customer tickets, and staff can work from anywhere. Easy and intuitive once you've set it up correctly. What do you dislike? Setup can be a bit hairy at the beginning, but Shalin and his team really go the extra mile to make sure you're set up properly. Once you've done the setup, you only have to do it once.
