What do you like best about HappyFox Chat? HappyFox is very user-friendly, especially when handling multiple chat windows, and is visually appealing as well. It is extremely simple to run reports and pull data (chat volume, agent leaderboard, missed chats) and it integrates well with SalesForce too.
