It's really easy to use

It's really easy to use. It's quite adecuate to transcribe natural speaking. Punctuation leaves room for improvement.

Excellent transcription software

Excellent transcription software. Highlights anything it feels it might have got wrong but corrections are easily made as the audio is available to play along with the transcript without having to hook up drives etc. Very impressed

This is a great site. I can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s very user friendly and very accurate. The emails on tips are really useful too. I’m delighted with it.

very fast, the English transcription is great but just to improve the french one. With HS, you earn time, you earn business.

Really unique service and definitey fill a need

Really unique service and definitely fills a need. I do a lot of audio/video interviews and then need to write articles from those interviews. Happy Scribe will save me a lot of time (and pain) in turning the audio to text. Accuracy was about 95% which is excellent! Amazing that they were even able to pick up where I asked the questions and my interviewee answered them. Great idea...and execution...nothing like it that I could find online anywhere
