Saved me loads of time doing transcribing interviews for my thesis. Handled different accents of Dutch quite well.

Please stop emails....
I really enjoy their service. It saves me at least 2 hours per interview of 60 minutes. However, they keep on spamming me with many useless and annoying emails every time I use the service. I've emailed them, unsubscibed for their emails at least 15 times and they still keep sending me emails daily. I think it is a shame that they do this because I enjoy using the service and those annoying emails are just so unnecessary.

Happy Scribe is the best platform of its kind from what I could find, what they offer for their price is unlike any other out there and the people behind the site are so helpful.

It's a really great software
It's a really great software. Transcription won't be perfect of course and there is always still a significant amount of time to correct the transcription; but it definitely cut my overall transcription time by at least 60%! So, if that is worth it because of time or resource constraints, I can only recommend using this.

Excellent! This software saved me. It works very well: the audio file I uploaded was ok in terms of resolution and quality but not good in term of dialect. The person who talked isn's speaks a really good english at all but the final result was magic. Just few words to manage, some comma or dot. Very good.
