I used to use rev.com and recently moved over to happy scribe based on the referral from a friend. Low cost, easy to upload/download, and quick, accurate captions. I definitely recommend.

I can definitely recommend them.

I can definitely recommend them. In my case, I used an interview in Russian that I have conducted myself, which had very low audio quality. The voice recognition was much better than I expected, albeit it can still be improved. But it was good enough to be useful and, most importantly, save my time.

Great tool

Great tool, very powerful and takes the pain out of having to do it manually in Premiere Pro. Only charges by the length of the video you upload! :-)

Highly recommend, 2 use cases in this review

Love HappyScribe. It is really an intuitive platform - flat learning curve. Highly accurate analysis engine. I am impressed with both the speed an accuracy of the platform. The reason I bought it was the price point, but after interacting with it, I'd gladly pay a premium for usage. (Although it'd be a tall barrier to entry given how difficult it is to know who's really a worthwhile player in the transcription field.) Personally, I use this for 2 functions: 1.
