US English transcription works great
US English transcription is better than expected. Punctuation works and editing those parts that need correction works like a charme.

Happy Scribe is exactly what I was looking for
Happy Scribe is exactly what I was looking for. We regularly tape our meetings in my business; we used to just keep the audio files for storage, now we can have them transcribed at a very attractive price.

Didn't work
The website didn't really work for my language which is in Dutch. I've sent a 1 hour interview and it barely transtribed anything. I'v tried three diffrent interviews and it still didn't work properly. I tried to contact them for a refund, but they didn't answer my mail. They are really hard to contact and there is no explanention on they're website about how you can get a refund. Overall a bad experience and i've lost my money for nothing because afterwards i had to transcrib everything myself.
