I think if you make the subscription monthly will be a good one
This is a very good online transcription website where you can transcribe to any language of yours. I think if you make the subscription monthly one will be a good one. That's the main selling point I'm thinking about now! Thank you for the effort to bring this out so far.

Poor customer service
I had issues with the files I upload for professional transcription in which they stayed in queue for several days, even though they were small (15-30 mins) files. I tried contacting customer service twice via there chat feature and twice through email and no response. Of course, I have already been charged for the service but my files are not being transcribed. It wouldn't be an issue if someone would communicate and help solve the issue.

I used their service quite a long time ago in 2017 and it has improved a lot in these years.

Quick, efficient, and very nice results
Quick, efficient, and very nice results. Very reasonable pricing. I used it on some rather busy videos to produce subtitles, which I then translated. I will be using it more in the future.

Best online transcription!
I tested several online transcription and this is the best! Fast and good transcription. I love the look and feel. I recommended :)
