"Great employee engagement and performance tracking system"
What do you like best about Happierco? Great way during the pandemic and remote work to keep in touch with your employees. Helps to build strong relationships and two way communication between managers and employees. Also the platform has great tips for c-suite all the way down to individual contributor level on how to keep engagement levels high
