Using Happeo for dynamic and static collaboration
What do you like best? Happeo links tightly to G Suite data, so you don't have to upload information to different repositories; it just works with what you have already. I particularly like the way it solves the content problem; when you deploy a new platform, there is no content to drive interest, and with no interest, there is no new content to attract users. Much needed intranet uplift
What do you like best? Ease of use for both creators and viewers What do you dislike? Advanced Analytics are an extra cost, which we did not know upfront. These analytics have proven to be very helpful in optimizing our intranet and should be included in the upfront cost. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Place to come together online and engage/collaborate with one another. G-Suite integration is very important.

What do you like best? Excellent way of collecting and centralizing information via the pages feature. What do you like best? It was great how easy was the onboarding process to Happeo. What do you dislike? There are still some minor bugs happening, but the product team is helping a lot fixing them. Overall, I find Happeo valuable because it serves as a digital workspace and library.
What do you like best? I can find documents easily and I can see what's going on internally in the department channels and thus I feel connected despite being far apart and working from home. What do you dislike? The UI could be improved. It looks a bit old-fashioned and is slow to respond, especially the pages. For example when I share a page with a person. What do you like best? Great integration with Google Suite! This makes makes collaboration and knowledge sharing very streamlined. We're reducing the amount of internal sent emails, because Happeo is now our central storage place for all important (and also non-important) information.
