"Great eGift Card platform, can be more intuitative"

What do you like best about Guusto? I like that it is a single place to send a gift and the client can choose their favourite store to claim. Keeps gifting easier. What do you dislike about Guusto? I received a gift but it took me a few clicks to understand how to claim the gift. The process to claim can be more intuitive. What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you? Makes gifting a little easier, especially for clients that is not nearby.
