What do you like best about Guusto? How easy it was to access the gift card after being notified. I didn't know I was getting one and took me around a couple of minutes to choose a gift card that works best for me. What do you dislike about Guusto? Provide a personalized incentive program, rather than everyone getting the same thing, everyone can choose and it becomes their owe experience which makes it more valuable.
