What do you like best about Guusto? Love that this tool is so easy to use. Makes recognition a more timely event. You can add your own message to the gift and it allows for feedback. Easy way to send recgnition to anyone regardless of their location. What do you dislike about Guusto? Nothing missing. No suggestions at this time. What do you like best about Guusto? Easy to use, lots of options for gift cards. What do you dislike about Guusto? One thing was that gift cards for certain places have to be a specific value, and you can't claim the total amount if it is not in the correct denomination. What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you? Great gifts for great employees, works well

It is comparable to other competitors that provide a similar service. What do you dislike about Guusto? I didn't notice any downsides unless you don't have access to a smart phone or computer.
