More personalized recognition or gifting that's digital and easy to use as well as having great geographical coverage.

Not sure if it exist, however option to transfer the voucher to family or friend could have been great. What problems is Guusto solving and how is that benefiting you? It offers flexibility to the person to choose what they want to buy and how. Sometimes you end up gifting something which never gets used.
