What do you like best about Guusto? I did have a problem and had to use my credit card to complete my purchase, it was the merchant who was having the issue and frustration I faced was calming and professionaly handeled by gusto as we investageted and figured out the issue. Once we did I went back to the merchant they refunded my purchase to my credit card(another experience that I would rather forget) it was even worse than the purchase, I would sgeest that all the issues were with the ...

The service itself is very handy, and I like the options available to add funds to for purchases. Customer support seems to respond super fast over email, as I receive a response within minutes. What do you like best about Guusto? So many merchants! I love having the option to redeem specified amounts in different places. It also helps me stretch my giftcard through multiple uses. Other competitors lock you in a certain amount, or don't have as much useful variety as Guusto. What do you dislike about Guusto?
