Perfection for Payroll

What do you like best? I am a sole proprietor and payroll can be overwhelming and daunting. Gusto has taken all the guesswork out of the process. Every step of the way they take care of federal and state taxes. I was able to obtain unemployment insurance through them and they linked me so I could obtain workman's comp. What do you like best? Easy to use platform that provides guidance for corrections or upcoming due dates. Excellent customer service both from my dedicated reps and the various teams I've worked with for integration, etc. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is intuitive and offers a clear dashboard. This helps me quickly find the things I need and I can easily do tasks such as downloading paystubs, understanding my benefits, requesting leaves etc. I can do all my tasks within a few minutes and log off soon. Didn't file paystubs or w-2 for entire year

What do you like best? They takes care of payroll and employee compensation. What do you dislike? They have poor customer service and kept saying 'for security reasons' we can't give you the files you request. What do you like best? I was surprised at how easy it was to navigate through. I usually have to be walked through a new process, but was able to figure out how to submit payroll all by myself, and very quickly! What do you dislike? What do you like best? Ease of use, employee onboarding + document signing, integrations with 401k providers and implementing insurance benefits each year. What do you dislike?
