Gusto constantly keeps improving its features
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It is simple to set up the application and the interface is attractive. The vendor could make customer support more accessible. Great for Small Businesses
What do you like best? Gusto is a great service for small business owners who want to do things right from the start. The service is not only incredibly user friendly (with a stunning interface and down-to-earth language, but it really does a good job of helping you cover all your bases with tax forms, workers compensation, etc. What do you dislike? One less thing to remember!
What do you like best? I previously used Quickbooks Payroll service and often got confused about which tax liabilities I had paid or filed. Gusto makes it simple by managing everything from distributing paystubs to employees to paying the IRS on time. I also love the customer service! Anytime I have a question I can send a quick email and I get a response quickly. What do you dislike? Easy and (surprisingly) fun
What do you like best? Gusto was completely painless to set up. I am a first-time business owner, running payroll on my own, and Gusto made it so incredibly simple to get it right. Perfection for Payroll
What do you like best? I am a sole proprietor and payroll can be overwhelming and daunting. Gusto has taken all the guesswork out of the process. Every step of the way they take care of federal and state taxes. I was able to obtain unemployment insurance through them and they linked me so I could obtain workman's comp. I'm not afraid of payroll any more
What do you like best? Easy to use platform that provides guidance for corrections or upcoming due dates. Excellent customer service both from my dedicated reps and the various teams I've worked with for integration, etc. What do you dislike? I'll never enjoy running payroll as it requires me to maintain a schedule for people to get paid on time, but my clients see having payroll done for them as added value, so I appreciate that Gusto makes it as easy as possible. Brilliant payroll software
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The system is intuitive and offers a clear dashboard. This helps me quickly find the things I need and I can easily do tasks such as downloading paystubs, understanding my benefits, requesting leaves etc. I can do all my tasks within a few minutes and log off soon. Didn't file paystubs or w-2 for entire year
What do you like best? They takes care of payroll and employee compensation. What do you dislike? They have poor customer service and kept saying 'for security reasons' we can't give you the files you request. And then they recommended I hire a CPA to repeat a job that should have been done by them. Bad form. They made life worse actually, not easier. Review of Gusto
What do you like best? I was surprised at how easy it was to navigate through. I usually have to be walked through a new process, but was able to figure out how to submit payroll all by myself, and very quickly! What do you dislike? I do wish that there was an app for what I use this program for. I use it primarily for adding new employees and submitting payroll. Would definitely recommend for small companies
What do you like best? Ease of use, employee onboarding + document signing, integrations with 401k providers and implementing insurance benefits each year. What do you dislike? There have been a few issues with birthdates of team members (which is most likely an issue on the side of the team member who updated the information not being correct, but the support is excellent and issue is rectified very quickly when I email.
