I wish I would have switched to Gusto sooner.
We switched to Gusto over a year ago. Just to give a little background, our old provider (not Gusto) caused us to receive monthly notices from the government due to errors. I switched to Gusto and I have never received a single notice. Their team has been amazing and answers all of my questions. I wish I would have switched to Gusto sooner.

Save yourself some headaches
Save yourself some headaches. The worst customer service I've experienced. I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and needing access to my payroll records for an upcoming appointment for disability. Even after explaining the urgent situation, Gusto has all this red tape and bureaucracy. I've waited on the phone for hours daily, have been transfered back and forth like a ping Pong ball. We switched to Gusto 1-22 of this year Best Decision
We switched to Gusto 1-22 of this year. Our old payroll company Asure, never got back to me in a timely matter. Sometimes for 3 or longer days. Even when Gusto is busy I have never had to wait more than a hour. Everyone I have spoke to is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I should have done it years ago.

Takes the intimidation out of payroll
Ridiculously easy. I was so intimidated by the idea of running payroll as someone new to it, but Gusto makes it simple, even fun.

Left Gusto then happily came back!!
We were using Gusto for most of 2021, then our franchisor had us transition to a competitor (Paycor) which we did on 1/1/2022. That was a huge mistake. Far too complicated and way too many hidden fees. We happily came back to Gusto (more like ran from the other with our hair on fire) because everything is soooo much more streamlined and simple. Instead of spending 20 minutes to run weekly payroll, with Gusto it's more like a few clicks and I'm done.
