Easy to use

What do you like best? I like how easy Guru is to navigate and find exactly what I'm looking for. Being able to "favorite" certain decks is very nice for future reference. What do you dislike? An awesome tool to keep resources up to date and easily accessible for your team!

What do you like best? All of it! The browser extension is really great and I love all the options we have to display information. They even make it easier to copy a link! Our team has a more unified voice and is able to work so much faster now with accurate information at their fingertips! What do you dislike? There are some limitations to what you can change after it is set like the Collections. There are also some UX/UI changes I would make, but nothing crazy. Recommendations ...

Easy to access a story of company knowledge

What do you like best? I love being able to find all company info quickly & easily. Especially as a new employee, I love being able to type in a quick keyword to find a card that I'm looking for - info on a competitor, for example. Or use cases for a specific persona. What do you dislike? The only thing I find difficult is a user-problem - our team doesn't keep the cards updated nearly as much as we should! It can be difficult to manage so many cards when there's a lot of shared ...

Guru does require maintenance and upkeep if you want the searchability to be at its fullest potential. Tagging and overall organization can easily getting confusing if you allow the options and customization to get out of control. The requirement to validate cards often does help with this. ...

Exactly as it says and even more

What do you like best? We have been using the solution for a year now and it’s been a great resource for us. We use it for on-boating, playbooks, knowledge base and FAQs. Moreover to this the slack integration makes it even more efficient for me and my team to work. What do you dislike? I haven’t encountered anything I can mention to dislike in it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Maintaining knowledge and on boarding of employees.
