What do you like best about Guru? I like the fact that my company can create a library of processes, knowledge, and useful information. What do you dislike about Guru?

Guru is a really helpful tool at the moment of doing my job, this helps me and all my coworkers to simplify and make easier our job to respond to the guests or do any steps to take action, following the process that we have to do when we working on a case of any customer, and if I don't find any answer on my own, Guru has it.

What do you like best about Guru? The ability to compile internal tribal knowledge at your company so that others can benefit is amazing. With prompts to keep cards up to date, it becomes easy to manage per department.

What do you like best about Guru? What I like best about Guru is the fact that everything is accessible and user-friendly. You can create cards, you can share your knowledge and ideas with your community. I can see which has been verified as well for additional credibility.It was nice as well to see who creted each cards and when were they created. I love the fact that there is a "my library" so I can "favorite" cards that I usually use and as there were cases I forgot which card I opened, ...

What do you like best about Guru? I do love using Guru with my colleagues as it becomes a centralized knowledge-based to our system and each and one of us can contribute and share their ideas!

What do you like best about Guru? I love the possibility of sharing edits, organizing folders, different designs and the AI tool. Guru anouncements is fantasting in making people across the organization to check an important card or documentation. Having the control on who did or not read the information and analytics embeded.

What do you like best about Guru? I like the ability to be able to save or favorite cards that I find mose useful. This allow for me to access the information quickly and effectively.

What do you like best about Guru? Quickly create and format internal SOPs and documents. Easy to update and "verify" via Slack integration. It's been a powerful tool for our team to stay up to date.
