GURU helped me out a lot when i fist started with the company!

What do you like best? It has everything!!!! helped me a lot after training with additional questions i had. i love how you search one word and lots of different topics pop up for that category! Easy as pie

What do you like best? Guru lives where you work so it is super simple to find the information you need to support your employees and clients. I work as a CSM and find Guru so easy to find the information for my clients. What do you dislike? Sometimes we can repeat ourselves, but that is with any internal k-base What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Way more organized!

Started Great and Getting Better

What do you like best? I love that Guru reminds you to review your information and confirm it is current. This builds everyone's confidence and stops them from emailing or interrupting the rest of the team with the inevitable "Is this still true?" Also the AI Suggest feature in emails is FANTASTIC!
