Guru has been a huge help for knowledge share!
What do you like best? Our company recently transitioned to Zendesk Help to Guru for knowledge share of policies and procedures. We have Guru integrated with Slack and ZenDesk for very efficient searching for policies. Great way to store collective information
What do you like best? As a new hire I was directed to our company's Guru page as a hub of information contributed by employees in every team. After logging on, I found it to be a very simple way to store all kinds of info from training materials, benefits info, even information about where to find things in the office. What do you like best? Within a few clicks, you are able to generate a holistic, cross-functional knowledge base, with many contributors - reduce the bottleneck of one dedicated 'editor'. Highly recommended source of information !
What do you like best? A one click summarize information of every subject that needs data confirmation to complete the job. Inside as well contains supporting links that gives detailed facts if there are further questions and interpretation. Easy to use , once at site it shows all topics of the subject required. Great experience integrating this tool into our Customer Service department
What do you like best? Since we are able to integrate Guru into other apps, we have been able to smoothly and easily access the information on Guru and increase productivity of our CSRs. Great resource and convenient
What do you like best? It’s so convenient to have Guru embedded in chrome so I can access it quickly and easily! It’s so nice that we have that resource and that it’s easily accessible. What do you dislike? There isn’t much I don’t like about guru because it is efficient! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes my work quick and easy. I don’t have to move tabs constantly because I can just have guru on my main screen I’m working on

A great way to consolidate organizational knowledge
What do you like best? We've had Guru for ~1 year, and having a single consolidated source where employees can look for info. Before guru, we had all of our internal knowledge stored across multiple google docs, internal sites and other materials. Actually finding anything without asking someone else for help was a real struggle. Now, people know to search in Guru first, and if they can't find what they are looking for, then ask for help. Never doubt the relevance of your documentation again
What do you like best? Asides from the verified vs. non. verified cards (which is a huge selling point), I love the Guru interface. The search is super useful, the home page allows for the KM team to see the accuracy of their KM docs at a glance, and the card UI is kept clean by displaying questions/comments on the "back" each card.
