Great tool for sales enablement

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to set up, and I really like the analytics for seeing what salespeople were looking at and using in the tool, as well as adoption. Our team was relatively small and we saw big benefits - I could only imagine how powerful this would be in a larger, distributed team. What do you dislike? The recent pricing change. Guru is transforming how we perform as a team

What do you like best? Our team consists of a remote group who need to collaborate constantly to share the ever changing processes in our fast growing business. “Google” for your company’s information

What do you like best? As the title says, guru works just like google for you company. Providing tons of relevant information regarding your company What do you dislike? Nothing as of yet. The only problem I foresee is the manual data entry that sales enablement must take on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to slack someone... I can use guru instead. And if there isn’t a card I can request one.

What do you like best? The ease of access to any pertinent files makes work a breeze. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is how slow it sometimes is for new Guru cards to be created. For example, the guru card for the Blank Date and Time Concerns Guru Card. What do you like best? It's so much easier to quickly browse our resource library and not have to switch between multiple documents! What do you dislike? At times it can get a little slow. Guru Solved a Huge Problem For Us!

What do you like best? Everyone loves Guru at my company. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, editing cards is super user friendly, and we love the new feature of being able to export cards as a PDF. What do you dislike? Guru has changed how we share knowledge- LOVE IT!

What do you like best? I love how simple and easy it is to create a space for sharing knowledge, and ensuring that what is added is kept up to date through validation. It's so intuitive. Anything I couldn't find out through the knowledge base, the support team were more than happy to fill in the blanks. Guru Q&A "Cards" are much better than Old Style Procedure Manuals

What do you like best? It's much better than procedure manuals that get stale very quickly and nobody uses. This Q&A card system allows information to be "refreshed" more frequently and allows users to just get the answer they want, quickly. What do you dislike? Nothing yet. What do you like best? knowledge alerts, ability to see who specifically has read a card and who hasn't, verification tool that push notifies you when info is out of date, ability to comment on cards What do you dislike? i haven't encountered anything i don't like about guru yet!
