Good System

What do you like best? That this is a card based information storage place and easy to find information on the fly What do you dislike? Perhaps the new enter feature, easier when it would automatically look up key words Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure to keep cards updated What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Work based information for customer service.

Don't think I could survive without it...

What do you like best? Having so much information that is easily accessible- very user friendly! I don't feel like I have to remember EVERYTHING all the time because it's so easy to reference in Guru! What do you dislike? Literally can't think of anything I dislike at this time! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowing that I have so much info so easily accessible has definitely reduced stress and reduced lost productive time looking ...

Great Product, Very Intuitive!

What do you like best? Easy to maintain and fun to use! The reason we fell in love with Guru was the idea of having an internal wiki that is always up to date and constantly gets improved. We aren't the most disciplined people so to have a too that is always one click away in your browser and it's enjoyable to use was the key. Another helpful thing is the breakdown of information into smaller sections - cards. That way, information is easily digestible and users can quickly find what ...

Guru makes it easy to stay in touch

What do you like best? I like the usability of Guru. It helps keep valuable information in one spot and makes it very easy to train new hires on the current process. Having one central spot for knowledge makes searching non-existant. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike about Guru is that it's hard to tailor notifications. I don't want to get notified every time a card needs to be verified and it's not easy to find how to adjust those. What problems are you solving with ...

Guru is a Game Changer

What do you like best? I love the ease of searching to find knowledge. The app AND the Chrome extension make it so simple to find what you need. There are a lot of features, too many to list, but What do you dislike? So far, no issues with the product itself. The only problem we will face is change fatigue as we transition, but once everyone sees the benefit those concerns Recommendations to others considering the product: Guru is an amazing product. If you want a solution for ...

A Workplace Google

What do you like best? The search bar is probably the best function of this tool because it allows you to use keywords to find what you need. What do you dislike? What do you do if the answer isn't in Guru? That should be its own separate card. If the information does not exist, then Guru is practically useless. The system is only as useful as the knowledge that is put into it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure that you have ample information to ...

Find Everything I Need

What do you like best? Guru is very easy to use and if set up properly typically gets me what I need. Love the Chrome Extension. Use it all the time...the pop up windows give me quick answers to my questions without having to click into the content. I also like how everything is interconnected so that if I can't find the right answer there's always several other places Guru suggests. What do you dislike? I'd say if I had one gripe it would be that often times when I ask long tail ...

Guru: Our Salvation!

What do you like best? Very user friendly. For instance, easy for a new employee too master how to use Guru. Easy to maintain if you built a solid structure from the beginning. Great integration abilities with for instance Slack, Chrome, FrontApp. Love the feature that I can download cards as PDF-files and send them outside the organization. The search function is incredible and always ensures that you get the most relevant card as top result. What do you dislike? Until ...

The only knowledge base your company needs

What do you like best? Guru transcends the current medium of knowledge acquisition, discovery, and collaboration. My favorite feature of the in-browser chrome extension is being able to save information on the fly by selecting text on any webpage. Additionally, you can set up triggers to open Guru cards based on a site URL or specific page content. What do you dislike? There is no desktop application, so users are required to either visit the Guru site directly or download the Chrome ...

Great tool that is search friendly

What do you like best? Ability and intuitiveness to use. The solution is easy to administrator. What do you dislike? Different way KM solutions work but for the better. A bit of transition to this solution. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales Enablement.
