Record all your workflow processes with GURU
What do you like best? GURU has a simple and intuitive interface. We have over 10 separate knowledge collections so that everyone in the business is able to access and find nearly 2000 information cards. It offers general knowledge coordination, but the tool itself is often extremely flexible in its way. Automatic testing system is fantastic as it is a big responsibility with this at a high organizational level to ensure that the information set is correct and accurate. Personally, I am ...

Amazing Resource
What do you like best? I couldn't have nicer things to say about Guru. Not only is it easily navigable but the search bar makes it really simple. What do you dislike? I guess what I dislike the most is that anyone can update a card and you don't know if it's 100% accurate. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the search feature. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made me more efficient when drafting my ...

Obtain specific data by our Sales and Marketing Development
What do you like best? Guru works great as a central point of access and exchange of information between the whole group, with easy to find details and labels that make searching much simpler. The confirmation feature is one of my favorites. Besides, Guru allows you to set up brand experts and Card Verifiers, enabling any member of the company to confirm that accurate data is given on the Guru card that you have developed. What do you dislike? So the use of GURU is far too easy, but ...

Great for learning and procedure storage
What do you like best? It makes it easier to search and find answers to questions you might have or a procedure you need help with. It is easy to organize and it learns as you build and go along. The layout and graphics are great. It is much better than Atlassian. What do you dislike? I wish there were a better homepage and a more intuitive way to move through cards. I find that I mostly just search for key words I need. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is ...

Guru makes it easy for me to find what I need regardless of it being in Slack, GDrive, Box, etc
What do you like best? Search one place for everything. No longer need to search slack, email, google drive, box, and others. Great tool to give everyone quick access to find the right stuff. What do you dislike? So far, nothing. Would like the ability to share right from Chrome app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collateral and other training content lives in various sources, and it's difficult to tell if it's up to date.

Guru Is A One Stop Shop For All Of Your Questions
What do you like best? I don't enjoy having to constantly ask questions to certain SME's in my organization. Most of the questions have been asked by someone before, but I just can't remember where to find the info I'm looking for. In a matter of clicks Guru not only saves me time by getting me to the info I need, but it saves folks in my organization time be not having to answer repetitive questions. What do you dislike? Not a whole lot! Everything is easy to use! What problems are ...

At last, a hub of knowledge
What do you like best? The idea that every question someone might have, both new employees or vets, can be answered in a single source of truth database is awesome - especially for distributed teams like mine. What do you dislike? It does take time to ramp up because you need to add content in as you go. It's a natural process because you won't know what and how questions will be asked exactly. Very much worth it though and a couple weeks in we're already most of the way there! ...

Centralized Knowledge and Update Reminders
What do you like best? Having a central place for internal knowledge is such a crucial part of keeping our support, sales, and success teams connected (not to mention engineering). Reminders to review content and the Slack and Zendesk make keeping everyone and everything up-to-date super convenient. What do you dislike? There is some room to grow in terms of user permissions where editing and verifying content is concerned, but the ground floor here is excellent. Recommendations to ...

Guru to discuss our team's expertise
What do you like best? Guru has allowed us to strengthen the awareness of our community. It comes with a great Chrome extension that works great as it introduces a mini search bar that is able to provide results in just a couple of seconds in order to receive input on our superior information material. Guru has solved a big problem we had with our previous system, where we had to assign holders and check the details on the schedule. Now, it is not necessary to do that thanks to Guru. ...

Great Knowledge Center
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to categorize and sort through our organization's documents and information. The shareable links are simple but super useful to share documents with outside parties. The integrations for Slack and Chrome make it easy to quickly access information. What do you dislike? Search functionality in platform could be tweaked. We have to find the cards manually sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
