Great Product!

What do you like best? Guru is very easy to use. I like having everything in one place. What do you dislike? Honestly at this point I have not run into to many issues with the program. Sometimes I have issues with the Chrome extension but its nothing major. Recommendations to others considering the product: This product has been really helpful for my team to have one place to go for answers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? What I like the best about Guru is the feature of adding it as an extension. I able to search for a topic while I am actually working in my browser. What do you dislike? The least helpful is that the site does not remember where I last was. I would like if I didn't have to keep selecting a certain collections of cards designated for my department. It would be nice to have the site remember where I always open up to. What problems are you solving with the ...

I don’t know what we would do without guru

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to pull up anywhere if you integrate it with google chrome. I search it ALL the time instead of bugging my coworkers with annoying questions. What do you dislike? Sometimes searching the specific cards can be annoying but being able to favorite cards kind of solved this for me. Recommendations to others considering the product: Love it! Do it. Encourage people to use it with chrome. Makes it so much easier What problems are you ...

Guru has been great for my work!

What do you like best? The organization Guru has given our documents! What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything in particular- Sometimes it can be slow to load but that also depends on the wifi I have around me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I've noticed I'm a lot more efficient with gathering information necessary to do my job. Very pleased with this system as a whole.

Guru enables users to gain access to detailed information about their company processes in seconds.

What do you like best? Making the transition from the sales teams to the customer success teams requires me to learn a lot about the technical aspects of our product, and Guru has helped me learn so much about how our product works in various ways and has accelerated the pace at which I can be a fully onboarded Account Manager at my company. What do you dislike? I have yet to experience any downfalls with Guru. It has really helped me learn quickly about how our product works and ...

Content and replies with GURU

What do you like best? It can be used on a relatively straightforward way. It enables you to obtain information easily accessible from every department in a region. With Guru, we know everything leads to the same goal of enhancing the use and acceptance of the whole service. What do you dislike? With any KMS you will always need to keep the information in order to make sure the quality is good, and it isn't enough simply to keep awareness, so users have to be careful about inserting ...

GURU: a whole business

What do you like best? Guru is able to adapt to our company's requirements effortlessly, as it provides consolidated and coordinated information base for the client and the service. It invites content developers to allow changes by submitting email alerts calling for information to be approved. The newest staff can always benefit from inaccurate information as it's a great opportunity to learn, or existing staff might have the chance to improve this mistakes. However, they usually do not ...

Record all your workflow processes with GURU

What do you like best? GURU has a simple and intuitive interface. We have over 10 separate knowledge collections so that everyone in the business is able to access and find nearly 2000 information cards. It offers general knowledge coordination, but the tool itself is often extremely flexible in its way. Automatic testing system is fantastic as it is a big responsibility with this at a high organizational level to ensure that the information set is correct and accurate. Personally, I am ...
