Endless Knowledge

What do you like best? It is very intuitive to use along with it being aesthetically pleasing when using it. I love that you can add a widget to your browser and use that to search without leaving the site that you're on. I also like the trusted and untrusted card feature. What do you dislike? I really haven't found anything that I don't like yet. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's been such a valuable tool for me when starting my new job at AP. It's value ...

Great process documentation tool

What do you like best? Guru is a very easy tool to use to find information, organize content, and quickly create content to help others in your organization. I really like the verification feature that prompts individuals/teams to review cards that they own to ensure that they remain up to date as things change. What do you dislike? I really don't have anything negative to say about Guru. I haven't found myself frustrated while using it or wishing it had additional functionality. It's ...

Guru is great!

What do you like best? It's a really great system because it allows everyone to have access to everything. If people ask a question about a company policy or SOP we can just direct them towards the Guru card that has all the answers. What do you dislike? It is easy for things to get lost if there are not proper tags. If the user does not set up the knowledge board properly, it can be more helpful than hurtful. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have ...

User Friendly Tool

What do you like best? Organizing the Guru cards is really simple and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? The search is based on keywords rather than phrases. This can sometimes make it difficult to find a specific card. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a contact center, this is very useful as it allows employees to find answers to questions instead of putting clients on hold.

The knowledge your teams need at their fingertips

What do you like best? Guru helps our client-facing teams (Sales, Marketing, Success) to stay aligned on the best practices and have the right (and up-to-date!) knowledge at their fingertips. It is very easy to create a card on a topic and organize your cards under different sections on boards. The most crucial feature of the tool is the search where you can type in your question or request and then get card suggestions that most relevant for this request. Once employees create a habit ...

Guru makes working remote possible.

What do you like best? I love that I could connect Guru to my google chrome browser and pull it up alongside my work! Guru has really cut back on the amount of questions I bug my coworkers with. I also love being able to favorite cards for easy reference. What do you dislike? No major complaints from me. I usually use the search bar feature, but sometimes it can be annoying if the card I need doesn't come up right away and I have to search through a bunch of cards. Recommendations ...

It's easy to use, access and share.

What do you like best? I love how easy and fast it is to create a card in Guru. There's only a few formatting decisions I have to make and it always looks clean when I'm finished adding in content. What do you dislike? One of the downsides of Guru is sharing cards with people who don't have Guru licenses. Although the downloadable PDF feature has helped a lot in this area. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the problem ...

Easy to Navigate

What do you like best? I love the trusted/untrusted feature, so you always know if you have the best information and when something needs to be updated. I also like that you can comment on cards. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything, haven't been using it super long but happy so far. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? At a previous company that did not use Guru, we literally had a cross-departmental team do an 8-week ...

A New & Effective Collaborative Knowledge Management Paradigm

What do you like best? Guru facilitates highly discoverable, self-service knowledge management that avoids the pitfalls of traditional MediaWiki-like KM solutions, such as stale data and lack of ownership. Below are the key factors which I'd argue makes Guru stand apart from the competition, and which I personally find to its most appealing features: - The validation / verification feature ensures data integrity and prevents the build-up of stale, useless information - YOU are ...

Easy to use

What do you like best? What I like the best about Guru is the feature of adding it as an extension. I able to search for a topic while I am actually working in my browser. What do you dislike? The least helpful is that the site does not remember where I last was. I would like if I didn't have to keep selecting a certain collections of cards designated for my department. It would be nice to have the site remember where I always open up to. What problems are you solving with the ...
