An excellent tool to build knowledge
What do you like best? I really like the way we are able to organize the information with Guru, we can have as many cards and collections as we want about a certain subject. We get to let our whole team communicate and have access to knowledge about their own areas but also be able to research about other subjects from different departments wich is very useful in situations that require fast research and quick answers. I also adore the part where we can ask and answer questions or write ...

One-Stop-Shop
What do you like best? Guru was able to provide a one-stop-shop resource solution as opposed to several segregated, disconnected platforms and resource avenues that we were using before. The search feature is smart and the layout is extremely user-friendly. What do you dislike? Additional formatting options within the cards would make it more visually pleasing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Funneling all traffic for information ...

It creates an opportunity for them to find the easy answers they need without me, which allows me to prioritize my time to large projects. What do you dislike? There is a lot of room to get lost when you have a lot of information to provide! Recommendations to others considering the product: If you struggle with time and information efficiency - you don't have to. Guru is a solution to your problems. What ...

Terrific
What do you like best? The chrome extension, being able to access Guru through Intercom, and easily organise cards for my staff members is wonderful. The support team are very friendly and are able to assist with any queries I've had so far. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything in particular to be honest - I think it's well thought out and a clean interface. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Guru Rocks My Socks!
What do you like best? The organization of the boards, and how it looks similar to Pinterest :) What do you dislike? The challenge of finding certain information, especially when there is so much stored in Guru! I believe that's just my own lack of knowledge on using Guru. Most practical app we have!
What do you like best? Ease of sharing knowledge and training materials. What do you dislike? Nothing! The only issues I've experienced with Guru are various bugs. Other than that, their product is a very advantageous tool to have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It used to take our team lots of time to search through our knowledge base for answers to questions, which we need quickly and frequently. Guru has allowed us to quickly ...

To Guru? Or Not To Guru? (Should That Even Be A Question?)
What do you like best? Guru puts the power of knowledge into everybody's hands and makes sure it's always there when you need it! The app's ability to float above any page makes it extremely versatile and carries it above and beyond just a standard (domain or server-based) knowledge base. What do you dislike? I'd love to see far more flexibility/customization in regards to Verification Intervals. There have also been some formatting struggles within the floating cards (primarily when ...
