Guru is a Game Changer
What do you like best? I love the ease of searching to find knowledge. The app AND the Chrome extension make it so simple to find what you need. There are a lot of features, too many to list, but What do you dislike? So far, no issues with the product itself. The only problem we will face is change fatigue as we transition, but once everyone sees the benefit those concerns Recommendations to others considering the product: Guru is an amazing product. If you want a solution for ...

Guru is 21st century knowledge management
What do you like best? Ease of use and feature set. It gets up and running very quickly and yet has deep, powerful features that you can leverage gradually as you ease into the product. I was able to make it work with my team's existing workflow easily. We were able to implement a version of Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within Guru that has proven very effective at capturing the most important support content quickly. Guru is working on a full implementation. It's also very easy to ...

Great tool organization of company resourcese!
What do you like best? I like the ease of use! Very user friendly to navigate. What do you dislike? I'm not sure I have any dislikes at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing departmental resources and files in a user-friendly interface. I love the browser and slack extensions that are available in order to have quick access.

Guru is awesome!
What do you like best? What I most like about Guru is the fact that if I have a question, I don't need to call the help desk to find my answer. Guru helps me seem like I know what i'm talking about even if I may not know the answer. Customers will tell me how knowledgable I am and I just say Thanks! I guess i'm kind of a guru when it comes to this stuff! What do you dislike? Sometimes what is least helpful is when you are trying to find information, Guru doesn't always recognize what ...

Every company needs it
What do you like best? It's the main source of knowledge for our business so rather than ask everyone questions, you can respond "have you looked in guru?" What do you dislike? Search function could be better. Make recommendations if you're not finding what you're looking for. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminating a lot of repetitive questions to our enablement team or more senior employees.

Great tool that saves huge amount of time
What do you like best? I can't imagine how much of a team time we saved since we started using Guru. If you have a question or you forgot something - you don't search in team communication channels, you don't ask your colleagues or try to find who knows the answer, you don't verify details - you just type a few words in Guru and that's it. We even had some fun team meeting where we showed how useful it is - there was a list with some questions and 1 person was about to find an answer ...

Internal Wikipedia for Your Company
What do you like best? Guru does one thing (knowledge management) and does it really well. A perfect internal Wikipedia for your company. Its UI is also great - intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? Analytics section could use some improvement. It uses Looker embedding for its analytics. As a looker user, I know there are so many additional things they can offer. Hopefully they can either 1) come up with more dashboards or 2) give users more flexibility in terms of querying ...

Highly Recommend
What do you like best? How easy it is to find information, how simple it is to use, how ORGANIZED!! it is. Guru is an organized person's dream. You have cards, boards, saved items, icons to share links, alerts to read cards, and more. What do you dislike? I can't really think of anything that I dislike. It is easy to to use, organized, and friendly on all platforms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding answers to questions ...

Love Guru
What do you like best? Easy to use, well organized, the colours, the options when creating a card. What do you dislike? The card formatting at times; "the paragraph" option can be a little frustrating. It would be nice to add some more formatting options, like in MS Word. - I know we can create links on top but a simple index option would be good to arrange larger documents based on headings. - Card sharing can be delicate, not allowing to select the groups I want with ease. ...
