Great way to compile loads of knowledge

What do you like best? Guru is easily searchable for anything you need to store knowledge on. It made training for a new job feel SO much more organized and less overwhelming than previous jobs. Whenever I have a question about anything in the job (training, curriculum, HR, etc) I go to Guru first. It also has a web extension that pops out to the right of my screen so I don't even have to leave my dashboard to find what I'm looking for and sometimes copy/paste directly from Guru to the ...

Guru is very easy to use and the customer support people are so helpful!

What do you like best? I love that basically our team's entire knowledge base can live in one place and can still be organized into various boards and collections. What do you dislike? I would love to see an easier integration with Salesforce. Our team wants to import just a very specific section about each of our clients into a Guru Collection (which would replace our team having to visit Salesforce every time we want that client info), without having it be a complete knowledge sync. ...

Continuing Education Training Specialist

What do you like best? I like the search bar which makes it easy to navigate and therefore user friendly. What do you dislike? hmmm perhaps people from their own departments need to have in updating the information pertaining to their respective program. Create like an Open Source of atmosphere. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As an educator/trainer I am constantly sending our Admissions Advisors to GURU for any questions they may ...

Best Look N Feel in the biz

What do you like best? Look n feel - clean, simple and appealing What do you dislike? Lack of tagging control - for admins, having categories be based on verifier groups ends up giving us tagging chaos, we'd love to have tags limited and then those could determine verifier groups without a separate system Recommendations to others considering the product: Have an empowerer to help others adopt What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Greatly recommended knowledge base

What do you like best? Way more user friendly than the last knowledge base we used, incredibly friendly and well meaning customer service, easy to navigate. What do you dislike? Mobile app isn't that great, and there could be more external integrations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Prior to Guru, we used a far inferior knowledge base service that was clunky and difficult to manage. Guru has solidified our knowledge management ...

Guru is super easy to navigate and collaborate on data and documents, and has a great search engine.

What do you like best? The search is very fast and easy to use. What do you dislike? Can't think of anything at this time...it's all good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Nothing at this time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
