What do you like best? The ease of the system! I can find things quick and painlessly! What do you dislike? Nothing yet! I haven't ran into any big red flags or issues! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use Guru EVERY SINGLE DAY. It helps me keep up to date on what's going on in the company as well as find the information I need to succeed in my job every day.

Great experience, the customer service has been very supportive and very open to feedback.

What do you like best? Ease the communication between different members of the company and has useful features such as knowledge alerts, verification interval, and card comments. What do you dislike? It doesn't offer enough customization options for collections and boards. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Problems: -The sales team doesn’t have the effective sales materials needed for selling.

A unique product and a dependable team

What do you like best? Guru is very easy to administrate as a tool owner. It saves me a lot of time to be able to have features that promote content verification across the our business. What do you dislike? The small optimizations tend to get lost from the big product releases. There are certainly some reporting and administrative tweaks that would make it easier, but by no means are they dealbreakers. I truly don't see how we could operate without Guru!

What do you like best? Automatically triggered content - I love that we can create rule based triggered content so our team can leverage the right materials and resources at the right time, no matter where the are working via the browser extension. Guru is a great resource to have at your finger tips when trying to answer questions on the job!

What do you like best? I like that I am able to search for information in Guru and obtaining answers in a timely manner vs always having to reach out to someone with questions. It gives users a sense of empowerment and it's nice to have if you forget something and need to refer back to a Guru card. What do you dislike? Guru Rules! Easy to navigate quickly

What do you like best? I like the simplicity that allows for quick navigation while I'm working with merchants. What do you dislike? I'm a picky gal, for the layout of guru I don't like the bold lettering for the guru cards What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to inform merchants in great detail about whatever they bring to the table. I'm able to communicate efficiently with having Guru as a simple to use tool.
