Solid knowledge management tool for a growing team, but needs maintenance
What do you like best? Card content can be short or long which gives the team flexibility in what kind of info can be added in. I also like that a group of people can be responsible for validation and not just one person. The comment feature also allows teams to comment or add more info per card. What do you dislike? Love this tool!
What do you like best? This has helped facilitate my independent learning and growth by giving me a tool to find an answer myself. It's teaching someone how to fish rather than giving them a fish :) It helps me feel independent and informed in my role even though I have only just started. Not sure how we'd function without Guru!
What do you like best? Love the organization in Guru. Every piece of information needs a place, the correct place, and Guru makes that happen! What do you dislike? Great Tool
What do you like best? I like the ability to link cards so that you can find things you are looking for even when you don't land on the exact one What do you dislike? The search function is not great. You often need exact phrases and I find it difficult to find a card if I don't know exactly what 's in it What problems are you solving with the product? Keep your team knowledgeable and updated!
What do you like best? There are 3 great things about Guru: 1. It is very easy to create/synchronise and organise knowledge. This is helping us to have all the knowledge in a single place, instead of spread across different sources (Slack, Drive, Gmail ...) 2. What do you like best? As of right now, I'm most impressed with the philosophy, guidance, and customer support that Guru has provided as a part of the onboarding experience.
