It has made finding information super easy
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Retrieving essential information that we keep in different repositories has become easier with Guru. We also enjoy the experience of creating knowledge cards, as well as with the boost that Guru has caused to our collaborative workflow. In addition, we find the verification feature very handy because it helps us make sure that a file we view is fresh and updated. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I am hoping for a ...

Superb use for contact centers
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Guru allows me to put little pieces of content or knowledge into the system, then the agents can check it simultaneously while helping a client on the line. Moreover, Guru lets me set knowledge alerts for the agents to view. Such notifications come with a button that informs me when a person opens it. So, it is easier to make an agent accountable for the information they’ve read. What aspects are problematic or could work better? ...

Best knowledge management platform for internal company use
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the knowledge cards in Guru because I find it easy to fill with important details and information. Then, I can quickly share such cards with the rest of our group by grabbing a link. What aspects are problematic or could work better? IN some instances, Guru yields a lot of results when searching. This can overwhelm a user that needs quick results. That’s why I hope that Guru would improve and would display only the most ...

Guru is a must have tool!
What do you like best? Guru is super simple to use. There is very little training required for my teams to use it. I love having bite sized cards that the team can reference instead of rifling through pages of procedures to find an answer. What do you dislike? I would love the ability to import from excel. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge alerts also make it very convenient to roll out new processes and ensure all team ...

Great platform just needs a few updates
What do you like best? I actually think it's great that guru limits customization as far as fonts, spacing, colors. It really le's the creator focus on the content as opposed to the layout. I love the ability to link gurus with a card and the ability to achieve not just delete just in case. What do you dislike? The export feature is terrible. It's in HTML or it comes out almost like a note pad. The reporting also isn't that great when trying to do an audit of all cards to see what ...
