"Great internal knowledge base"
What do you like best about Guru? There is a lot to like. It is easy to create well formatted entries, and the search functionality is perfect. The built in verification system is top notch. It allows you to make sure your entires are up to date by requesting verification every so often. Guru even flags the cards that are awaiting verification so you know you might be looking at information that is no longer up to date.

"Guru is very informative and user friendly."
What do you like best about Guru? One of the things i like about Guru is the "card" format and how you are able to categorize them. I like how cards are always being added when the admin team detects that a certain subject is being search but no card is available. Constantly updating the cards give a reassurance that the information you are bieng provided will be accurate and up to date.
