Gumroad's support goes above and beyond, fantastic

Gumroad's support is fantastic, contrary to what I read on here. I had so many issues due to my own odd set-up (such as not charging customers for a couple of months and then restarting), and Steve and Earnest were extremely helpful with all my unusual requests. They even agreed to reinstate customers manually. I really felt like they went above and beyond. Absolutely disgusting platform

Absolutely disgusting platform. They are thieves. In their rules, I need to reach 10$ for withdrawal. I did it. They reviewing my account for more than 2 weeks. And now I've got the answer from the support. I need to make more sells for to have my money!!! WTH?!! I'll never use this platform anymore.

Steve from support is extremely rude

Steve from support is the rudest person! He treats you like an idiot! The product might be good but their support is terrible! We just started to use Gumroad and honestly, after the interactions with the company, we might consider moving somewhere else.You guys should consider hiring someone else, check your reviews here in Trustpilot! Delayed pay [UPDATED]

----- UPDATE -----So after about four weeks of not being paid, gumroad finally managed to verify my identity despite me sending a multitude of documents over the course of these weeks. Apparently it was due to a third party called Stripe that was rejecting my documents? I think I sent about 8-10 documents (bills, license, passport, healthcare card, bank statements) before they finally verified me. It's an amazing company but dealing with support is traumatizing

It's an amazing company. But the support is horrible. I mean apparently there are only one guy there, and he is so rude. When you write to support you hope recieve help instead of being treated as an idiot. I didnt believe the reviews here because I was so excited with Gumroad.
