Tried to purchase a Gumroad asset…
Tried to purchase a Gumroad asset through both Paypal & Visa and it just says "Your card was not charged. Please contact support". Several days trying to contact support and all they say is their 'anti-fraud' system blocks people and they said they couldn't help... absolute waste of time.

Customer support was very good
I was supposed to buy an item using a discount code that would provide the team for free.The discount code didn't work and I got charged the full price.I explained my situation to the support and they answered me and fixed the issue, refunding the full price, in less than 24 hours.Nice customer support

NEVER TRUST GUMROAD! SCAMMERS 100%
I never ever heard about GUMROAD! I don't even have an account. But somehow I started to get messages from my bank that I am purchasing some goods from GUMROAD.CO with an amount of 38$. I immediately blocked my card and bank account, but while I was doing that they made the second transaction with the same amount. Then they tried to steal a higher amount from my card 89$. Appears to be a scam! BE AWARE!
Appears to be a scam. They offer creators a way to help them selling their digital products online and then all of a sudden they suspend their accounts and confiscate any earnings claiming that it was a fraud! (with no proof!) be aware folk!

Credit card details stolen at gumroad
The ebook I bought through gumroad was delivered quickly enough. The next day however I receive a message from my bank they blocked my credit card because of suspicious transactions. Indeed some purchases had been done that I did not authorise. Either gumroad uses client data for their own gain or their security is not in order
