What do you like best about Guideline? It's been shockingly simple to launch a 401K program with a match that integrates directly with Gusto, our payroll provider! And it's now been maybe 3 or 4 years and everything has worked seamlessly!

If your HRIS/payroll system integrates with Guideline, everything is streamlined and automatically updated/processed including enrollments, contribution updates, and loans.

What do you like best about Guideline? I don't have to worry about any of the compliance anymore with 401(k). I would much rather have a third-party like guideline to take care of us. I would highly recommend signing up and not risking any legal compliance. Thank you guideline for everything you do.
