What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline was very easy to set up. They walk you through everything that you need and provide step by step assistance. Their integration with our payroll provider was also a huge benefit and why we went with them in the first place. They push info back and forth seamlessly and employees deductions are automaticlly taken from their checks without any additional work on the back end. What do you like best about Guideline? Low monthly fees and maintenance fees make this an excellent choice for startup 401k's. Employees like the ease of picking a fund strategy. I like the automated funding, and the included compliance reporting.
