"Guideline makes it easy for everyone"

What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline is most helpful in my business because it takes the stress off of my plate. Once an employee is onboarded in Gusto, Guideline is completely automated and easy to understand. The platform is user-friendly and customer support is very easy to get ahold of.

What do you like best about Guideline? The sales process was easy, and the rest has been a disaster. The user interface is intuitive for employees, so that's nice, and if you are working with one of their integrated payroll companies like Gusto or Zenefits then it should work in a relatively seamless way.

What do you like best about Guideline? Nothing, they make everything hard. They have automated any customer service out of the process. Most distrubing they require an unprecedented amount of access not only to your payroll provider but also your bank account.

What do you like best about Guideline? As a business owner for 20+ years, I've been through many 401k plans. Without any reservation, Guidelines is simply the best. Their platform is extraordinarily easy, it integrates seamlessly with Gusto, and their support is responsive. Employees have a fair amount of control over their investments within their 401k, too.

What do you like best about Guideline? I like that Guideline is easy! It was easy to set up from the employer's standpoint, and it was easy as an employee setting up my 401K. As the HR manager, I always get tons of questions when employees are setting up this kind of stuff, and I didn't have any. That's how easy it was!
