What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline provides a flexible 401K program for our small non-profit. We can make it available to any of our staff, even part-time and temp employees, and it's a great way to offer them additional benefits at low cost (both monetary and admin time). The customer service is also great. Most problems can be solved online with their help function, and if more help is needed, they have a wonderful and responsive customer service team.
