"Absolutely awful customer service!"
What do you like best about Guideline? They take months to get back to you - they calculated a SE withdrawal incorrectly (I'm a tax attorney - I should know) - and this has been ongoing for the last 9 months - they apologize for the late replies, but it keeps happenning. Hands down the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. We will be leaving at year end.
