What do you like best about Guideline? Guideline made setting up a 401k program for our company incredibly easy. The integration with Gusto drew me to Guideline initially, but through the setup process I was impressed at how thoughtful their onboarding surveys were. Every company is unique, and they were able to help me determine what safe harbor plan was best. It was a great addition to our employees, who felt more secure in their future because we could offer it.
