What do you like best about Guideline? The process could not have been any easier and the direct integration with QBO means very little effort on our part to provide this benefit to our staff.

What do you like best about Guideline? Far more affordable than other alternatives we looked into for our small business. Excellent customer service - I've gotten a response and resolution to any question I've ever had within a business day. Great to talk to real people!

What do you like best about Guideline? We were unsure of how to offer a 401k to our employees given that benefits providers either did not support our small size or were woefully expensive. Guideline was the answer - very reasonably priced, full-featured, and capable of administering a Safe Harbor 401k. I'm also a fan of their platform UX as a benefit receiver and administrator; sleek and easy to configure.

What do you like best about Guideline? It intergrates with our payroll system perfectly. The biggest thing is that it allows employees to adjust their contributions and our paroll system automatically updates. This used to cause MAJOR problems with Voya. Every payroll cycle we used to have to log into a crazy outdated system, navigate to the right report, download it, compare to payroll data, it took 30+ minutes and still lead to mistakes.
